Elite networks. $300-an-hour coaches. Parents who know the right people. That's how careers have always been launched — for the few. Everyone else gets a résumé template and a career fair, then graduates holding a degree they can't translate into an offer.
Raphael saw it up close, spending years guiding students through career searches. The pattern never changed: capable people, real accomplishments, no way to tell their story. When students turned to generic AI for help, it got worse — polished paragraphs full of skills they never had, indefensible in any interview.
So we built the opposite. Unfold connects a student's transcript and syllabi — what they actually studied — to live labour-market data. The AI can't invent a credential, because it only reasons on verified reality. And instead of bypassing the people who already help students, it's built with them: career counsellors walk into every meeting already knowing the student.
The university is our starting point, not our ceiling. We start with students at their most pivotal moment — then stay with them for every move that follows.

Reichman University Career Center
Our live pilot — warming up real student meetings with a one-page pre-meeting brief, co-branded as Powered by Unfold Pro AI. The career center's director and counsellors are our design partners.
TAMID Group
A network of 63 university chapters and 45,000 students — personally endorsed by TAMID's CEO, opening doors to the next wave of institutions.
The best career guidance has always been reserved for the students who already had access. Unfold flips that. That's exactly the kind of mission our chapters exist to back — which is why we're opening our network to them.
